Speaker: Dr. Homa Zarebidaki, CSEM (Centre Suisse d’Electronique et de Microtechnique), Switzerland
Bio:
Dr. Homa Zarebidaki received her PhD in Electrical Engineering, focusing on high-speed optical modulators in silicon photonics (SiPh). She joined CSEM, where she has been involved in the development of the TFLN PIC platform, coordinating activities across teams and serving as a main point of contact for external collaborations, as well as national and EU-funded projects. Recently, the Photonic Components Group at CSEM initiated the development and offering of an open-access foundry service for SiCOI, leveraging its promising features for quantum technologies, and she is co-leading this activity as well.
