In this forum we will share views on the sustainability in CS-PVT and compare with PVT. The overall purpose is to create understanding for exploitation and commercialization. In these, the sustainability is an important factor for the realization and long-term aspect.
This is a training activity related to rePowerSiC in which CS-PVT is explored for growth of the converter material in high power laser transmission structure based on silicon carbide.
