Doctoral student in quantum technologies with graphene

Experimental PhD student to work on epitaxial graphene growth and device fabrication in cleanroom environment. The project will develop quantum technologies with graphene devices.

The project is about developing graphene-superconductor hybrid quantum devices over wafer scale. Available facilities include graphene growth and device fabrication in cleanroom enviroments, and infrastructure for quantum transport measurements down to T = 20 mK, B up to 14T, and f up to 20 GHz. If successful, the project will deliver next-generation devices for quantum information and communication technologies.
