PhD opening under the BITS-RMIT Joint PhD program. The candidate will spend 3 years in BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus, India and 1 Year in RMIT Australia.
Microwave-assisted heating of SiC will be targeted to enhance the yield of silicon carbide fluorescent spin qubits within nanomaterials and thin film on the insulator. MD simulations will be carried out to analyse the microwave-SiC interaction.
