Recently we initiated the thematic area “AI and sustainability” at the IW-SiC platform. The intention is to raise discussion and understanding more about digitalization and sustainability related to silicon carbide.
Recently, a paper emerged regarding environmental assessment related to SiC MOSFET power modules using a cradle-to-gate life cycle assessment model. It may be interesting for the AI and sustainability community.
